Four senior financial services professionals have joined hands to launch Daksham Capital, a multi-family office and premium wealth management platform focused on high-net-worth individuals (HNIs), ultra-high-net-worth individuals (UHNIs), family-owned enterprises, CXOs and global Indian investors.
The firm has been founded by Saket Lakhotia, who will serve as Group CEO, along with Astha Mago as COO, and Achin Bhardwaj and Pankaj Kedia as Joint Chief Investment Officers. The leadership team brings experience across private banking, fund management, investment banking, institutional finance and corporate advisory.
Daksham Capital will offer integrated advisory services spanning family office solutions, private banking, investment banking, estate planning, real estate investments and lending solutions.
The launch comes at a time when India’s wealth management industry is witnessing accelerated growth. According to industry estimates, India’s serviceable wealth pool is projected to nearly triple to around $9 trillion by 2035, creating significant demand for sophisticated and holistic advisory services.
Commenting on the launch, Saket Lakhotia, Group CEO, Daksham Capital, said,
“India’s wealth management landscape is at an inflection point. Clients today are more informed and more discerning than ever before; they expect institutional rigour, beyond just relationship-driven advice. Our investment framework is built around that expectation, combining proprietary research with a disciplined, process-driven approach to deliver consistent, long-term outcomes.”
Daksham Capital said its advisory model will be driven by a research-first approach, combining institutional-grade research, proprietary asset allocation frameworks and continuous portfolio monitoring. The company added that its investment process is focused on balancing suitability, diversification, liquidity and long-term wealth creation while maintaining disciplined risk management practices.
The firm’s operating philosophy is anchored in what it calls the “Daksham Compass” Wisdom, Stability, Ethics and Niche principles that, according to the company, reflect its emphasis on experience-backed insights, customised solutions and transparent advisory practices.
Daksham Capital also plans to leverage AI-driven analytics and data intelligence to support portfolio advisory and investment decision-making.
The founders said the team has collectively advised more than 600 clients and managed over $1 billion in assets under advisory in previous roles. With this institutional experience, the firm is positioning itself as a differentiated player in India’s evolving wealth management landscape, with a focus on transparency, disciplined execution and long-term wealth preservation.
